What's included: lubrication of moving parts; track inspection and minor adjustment; tightening of accessible hinges, brackets and hardware; roller, hinge, spring and cable inspection; door balance and opener operation check; photo-eye and auto-reverse safety check; weather seal inspection; and minor adjustments during the service visit.
