Accessibility Statement

This statement was last updated on October 27, 2026.

Lone Star Overhead Doors is working to make lonestarohd.com accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. We're a small business and still working toward that goal. So far we have:

  • Set the language of the site

  • Added text descriptions (alt text) to images, including images that contain words

  • Used text colors that contrast clearly with their backgrounds

  • Made our phone number and email address clickable links

  • Kept motion and animation to a minimum

  • Offered phone and email as alternatives to our online forms

Forms and third-party content

Our service request and quote forms, including the photo and video upload, are provided by our website platform (Wix), so we can't fully control how accessible they are. If a form gives you any trouble, call or email us and we'll take your request directly.

Accessibility in person

We don't have a public office or showroom yet. We do our work on site at your home, farm or business. If you need any accommodation during a visit, let us know when you book and we'll do our best to help.

Requests, issues and suggestions

If you find an accessibility issue on the site, or need help using it, please contact us:

We'll get back to you as soon as we can.
